Refund Policy

Returns

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used decants.

  • We only accept returns for products that are damaged or defective upon arrival.

Refunds

  • Refunds are only issued if:

    • The decant is damaged during shipping

    • The wrong product was sent

  • To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at:

  • Include your order number and a photo of the damaged product.

Exchanges

Exchanges are treated the same as refunds:

  • Only for damaged or incorrect items

  • Contact us promptly to arrange a replacement

Processing Refunds

  • Once approved, refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to process, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If a replacement is issued, DakDecants may cover the shipping cost at our discretion.
