We only accept returns for products that are damaged or defective upon arrival.
Refunds

The decant is damaged during shipping

The wrong product was sent

Exchanges
Exchanges are treated the same as refunds:

Processing Refunds

Once approved, refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If a replacement is issued, DakDecants may cover the shipping cost at our discretion.
